Christian Gormsen joined the GN ReSound Group in 2003 as head of Business Development. During the period 2003-2009 Christian Gormsen has held various commercial as well as operational positions within the company.

In 2007 Christian Gormsen became Senior Vice President, Beltone Brand Centre and in June 2009 he took on his current position as Head of Global Operations. He is responsible for Global Operations, including purchasing and manufacturing as well as logistics and distribution. As of 1 February 2011 he has taken on the combined leadership for Europe and Global Operations, becoming responsible for all European sales activities.

Before joining the ReSound Group, Christian Gormsen worked with McKinsey & Company. Prior to that, he was an equity analyst for Carnegie Investment Bank.

Christian Gormsen holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
