Mads Bjerre Andersen took up the position as head of Europe on 1 August 2008. He is responsible for all European sales activities.

He has been CEO of the German hearing instruments retailer GEERS Hörakustik AG & Co. KG since 1999. From 1999 to 2005 he also had the operational responsibility for the German market.

Prior to 1999 Mads Andersen had various positions within the hearing instruments industry among others in GN Danavox and HIMSA, the Hearing Instrument Manufacturers’ Software Association.

Mads Andersen holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical Academy of Denmark and in International Trade from the Copenhagen Business School.
